Phase 1: Permits & Preparation
If G&E’s are required, how long will it take for the surveyor once the layout is approved?
The surveyor will take about 2-3 weeks. They will come out to survey your property. Then, he will draft us the partial topographical survey for our engineer. We will let you know once that has been done and has been sent to our Engineer.
If G&E’s are required, how long until the Engineer drafts the Grading Plans once the partial topographical plans are sent to them along with the layout that was approved?
The Engineer will take about 2-3 weeks to draft the grading plans. Once we receive them, we will send them to you for your approval. If any revisions are needed it could cost up to $250.00.
When is the 15% deposit due? How can we send that?
The 15% deposit* is due submission of the permit. We suggest you send a
check when you approve of the grading plans via mail to:

What is the status of my pool?
Here at Pool Town, we try to keep up with checking on your permit application
with the township weekly, but due to the volume of work, you as the home- owner is strongly welcomed to call for any updates with your township. We will let you know if we hear anything from your township regarding the update of your permit application.
My permit has been approved, what is my dig date?
Once your permit is approved, we will start to get your file ready for the
construction department. You will be asked to pay for and pick up your permit and have it on-site for the construction portion of your project. Please email us the permit number for your file. Anything else needed will be sent to you. We do not schedule your excavation dates. That will be done once the file is complete with John Nimeth in construction at ext 143. If you have any questions during the construction, we will always be here to assist.
Congratulations on your new in-ground pool! We look forward to you enjoying your end product with your family and friends!
*We do not accept card payments for the deposit
